Over the past week, I noticed a new symptom. When I'm standing still, like at the stove, my right (affected) ankle will roll out so that I'm standing on the side of my foot. I tried looking up what this is called and the closest I could find is supination. When I start walking, my ankle rolls back and I walk as normally as I ever have, but it is concerning to notice this new symptom pop up.
Speaking of moving, Wednesday will be jam packed. We have to load both our vehicles and leave the house by 8:30 am, then drive to the new house and unload. Drive back to the old house, load the moving truck, and drive back down to the new house and unload. (Each trip is 45 minutes, and I will be driving this twice.) Hopefully we can finish before church! I am already planning to do nothing Thursday, but sometimes when I overdo it, it takes several days to recover, makes my symptoms all much worse, and generally makes life difficult.
