I have been dizzy for four days straight. I've heard it can be a symptom of covid, and it's also a side effect of my stroke, so put the two together and I'm not encouraged. It makes walking difficult, so I also have trouble *doing* anything, as fixing food, doing laundry, and unpacking require me to move my head around.
My next appointment is September 27. This doctor does it all, so maybe next week we will call and get more specific information about what exactly is gonna happen at this appointment. I need an EEG to check for seizures (you would think this would be important-ish and they'd fit me in for this way earlier...) and a neuropsych evaluation. The eval will be confusing, probably, because of the added/compounded problems from covid, but a good doctor will take the time to ask *all* the questions (and will have the patience while I think up the answers!) and should be able to differentiate between what's covid and what's stroke and what's almost 40 years old.
Praises:
-covid is done! (this strain, anyway...)
-no apparent last symptoms yet from Bill's covid
-EJ never got sick
Prayer requests:
-the dizziness and fatigue to lighten up
-the appointment to go well
(in honor of the Olympics in Japan this year, enjoy my pose)
