The testing was 9am-6pm (the lady doing the testing was so encouraging and kind to me, which made the time pass more smoothly), then I spoke to a psychologist for an hour. His advice and counseling was invaluable to me! I've never been to counseling before (other than premarital, and that doesn't exactly count, I think ), so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was good.
The next thing on my schedule is a followup with my neurologist in March. He will do blood work to see how the seizure meds have been affecting my vitamin/etc levels. I already know it's been depleting my B vitamins, because some of the health issues I had before starting my multivitamin are coming back. I'm not sure if I need to up my multi, get another one, or simply change my diet (which has never proven sustainable for me in the past). I'd appreciate prayers about that. The meds are working like they should in regard to calming down my seizures, but I'm really not enjoying these lack-of-vitamin side effects.
Thank you all for your care and prayers. They mean the world to me.
