So if you see me in a sweater when it's 90 degrees outside (will it ever get that warm??? This global warming, I tell you what, is the coldest global warming I've ever experienced!)...this is why I wear long sleeves. The air can be hot and humid. My skin still hurts. By the way, it does still hurt with clothes on, but the pain is slightly less.
A few years ago, I ordered a product from Plexus aptly called Nerve. I actually won it and was super excited to try it. However, when I got the bottle, I read the ingredient list, and it contains folic acid. (Their multi and shake do not have folic acid.) I need all methylated Bs, so I set it aside. The pain wasn't bad enough to trade off on-purpose ingesting folic acid. (I was ecstatic to see this contained methylated B12, though!)
But then last summer happened. And the pain *did* become bad enough to trade off folic acid! The directions say one in the morning and one at night, and I have been taking it for 3 weeks already. I don't know that I can tell a difference, although my arm didn't feel like I should cut it off yesterday or today (although my leg/ankle does still feel like that!). Time will tell, I suppose. I will be ordering another bottle for another month, to see if my body is just stubborn and not wanting to get better.
