Is this wreath not absolutely adorable! My mom and I made it the other day, and it was so fun. There are lots of pages left...if anyone wants me to make them a book wreath with any other theme. It was about $15, minus my awesome store coupons. :-) Let me tell you how we made it! First we went to 2nd and Charles and found an old dictionary in the free bin outside. I ripped out all the pages. Then we rolled the pages into scrolls... 50% off foam wreath from Michael's that we wrapped in pages. We hot glued the scrolls in random places around the wreath. Aren't they cute? There was a lot of back and forth at the store, trying to figure out a good color combination. We finally settled on this. There it is finished! I just love it so much! What a great present for a librarian. :-)

Who am I, you ask?
In 2006 I had a stroke, and every day my husband encourages me to use my remaining brain cells to the best of my ability. I love to organize, make crafts, and go on adventures (safe ones). I hope that through my blog posts, you will be encouraged to accept and make the best of challenges God throws at your life. Categories
